Jasmeen ma'am is very polite and well behaved. For our group she was able to set time as per our convenience inspite of her busy schedule.

She was giving equal attention and was encouraging us for pushing ourselves. Further, she always had focus towards poses and would give feedback along with learning for each excerise.

She would personally take time to attend calls for clearing any doubts or queries.

Best for weight loss.
