I had gone few days back,to look and buy asus Rog series laptop and it was urgent, I had texted and called after the visit too for availability and cost of few laptops I had in mind, but not got the answers to the query even after a week, no response of product question via phone, the guy who showed us product in the showroom did showed enthusiasm in showing and talking about the product, but when contacted owner through calls and text for the info regarding the ROG products I wanted, was very bad customer service, I haven't received any mesg/call they had said they would do.
I would suggest you to answer the calls and questions of customer if you really want to sell the product.thanks
