They don't have proper management.

I called staff for Video clip pf the report as my parents ain't educated enough to download attachments from mail. Staff handling the call was so rude to my parents and me and asked me to come to Mediscan just to see them mailing the report and Video clip. Hospital Staff should be courteous to Patients who is already troubled and if not Courteous, atleast they should not be rude to them. Bhaisab free me ilaaj kar rahe ho kya aap log? Worst behaviour ever encountered in my life. I request Dr. Akash to please look into this.
