I am writing to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience at your outlet in Dombivli East. I believe it is essential to share my concerns so that you can continue to improve your services.

Firstly, I would like to address the issue of customer service. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I received during my visit was not up to the mark. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm in assisting customers. It would be great if you could focus on training your employees to provide a more welcoming and attentive service.

Another problem I encountered was related to payment. The payment system at the outlet was not functioning correctly, causing delays and inconvenience for customers. I suggest looking into this matter promptly and ensuring that the payment systems are properly maintained to avoid any further inconveniences.

Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that there was no cheese slices available during my visit. Cheese is an essential ingredient for many Subway sandwiches, and its absence significantly affected the overall taste and quality of my order. It would be greatly appreciated if you could ensure that all necessary ingredients, including cheese, are consistently stocked at the outlet.

It's a good place but the food was okay okay. The place is very small for dining in. Everyone may not know what the staff keep asking for customization. Support was minimal to choose what we can have in our order. Better service needed. Thanks
