This is a fantastic fitness centre!! All the trainers r best and take personal interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy level and body.

Gym location is not good. Feel suffocation everytime while doing exercise. One window and door is there for ventilation, but it always close due to nabours. There is need of AC if there is lack of ventilation, when I asked her, she said she will never keep AC in her gym, and there was very stupid reason behind it that she said while doing exercise we should get good amout of swet, even though we get suffocation. I personally don't like the gym. The other things which I don't like is she make the rules and break the rules anytime because she is whole and sole of that gym, she is trainer, she is owner, it's her gym, so she closes gym anytime she opens is anytime, and she has not take stable decisions. While joining I asked her what about if i am going out, she said I will take online, but after one online session she start saying I have stopped this facility now, for online session there is other charges now, and while saying all this she was rude. I don't want to make argument with her, without saying anything I just quit gym. She get done all floor exercise from us this is the only plus point.
