I am practicing yoga under absolutely amazing mentors at Shree yogvilla since 4 months now. I am having slip disc issue at lower back because of which I was barely able to walk and do my day to day activities before I had joined.
With the help of medicines and regular yoga practice I can see significant positive difference in my body, my life is back to normal now with lot of positivity.????
What motivates me is that each day I learn something new here, which includes but not limited to pranayama, sound healing therapy, partner yoga, group yoga, rope yoga, aerial yoga and different asana.
Thank you so much instructors Sheetal and Tanish. You guys are amazing, keep rocking ????

Perfect place for yoga practice!! The studio is really spacious and clean. The instructors are also very professional and patient to teach every yoga position. I feel better each time i come for yoga practice.
While teaching different yoga position they use different props which helps to learn the position faster. Totally recommend!

I am a part of this yoga studio since last three months. The yoga studio is very clean, has a very positive ambience. My yoga trainer Ms. Sheetal is doing a wonderful job!! She is very dedicated towards her work and gives personal attention to each individual. I have become comparatively energetic and I always look forward to the next session. Thanks. ????????????????
