I absolutely love Lotus Yoga Studio! Poonam ma'am is incredibly attentive to each of us, making sure we're doing the poses right. I joined to shed some weight, and guess what? I've lost 5kg already! Her guidance and support have been instrumental in my progress. Highly recommend her class for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals

I joined this yoga class since two month back. I could see the changes in my body. It's quite relaxing feeling. I have seen my weight loss progress overtime after joining the class. Would highly recommend friends or family to join as the yoga instructor poonam mam herself is quite adapted as guru to all of us. She has friendly nature, lovable and awesome to help get me and other's in the batch towards my goal to fitness.

Hands down, one of the best classes in city. Each session in a week is different and unique in its own way. Our trainer Poonam Ma'am she has an immense knowledge about yoga, aerobics, nutrition(you name it, she got it). Overall a great experience after joining the class physically and mentally. Thanks to Ma'am and all the other trainers, and I hope to be a part of this lotus family.????
