One of the most well equipped and affordable gyms in town. The trainers are well qualified and professional. They pay attention to every single aspect of your workout. From the main workout to stretching. If you want to get personal training, I recommend getting it from Mr. Rajesh Nair. He has detailed knowledge about the stimulation of every single muscle and nerve. I've been a member for almost a year now and have seen improvements not only in my physical but also my mental health.

I took one hr trial session here ..totally hated the place..so small ,no place to move . On the top the trainer keeps commenting on whatever workout i do. After the trial ,i was getting constant calls from them to join...harassment i say!! Even if they give me free for all life membership,i wont go there...i wont recommend anybody to join there either. Instead there are better gyms in same line,try those.

Hands down, best choice I have made training at (AFC). VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Jay Sir is exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. Yash Sir also.. awsm when it comes to train a student..
Would highly recommend!
