It was our wedding. These people had promised a location for a particular event. On the wedding day they say that the owner is not allowing to avail that location. Plus, they charged us 35,000 extra for keeping breakfast at a place. This is insane and seems like a theft. They are only concerned about money. They take advance money and give horrible service. Few rooms have no good AC and hot water. No maintenance of such a beautiful property. How ironical is that. These people take you for granted. They blame the caterers and the event planners for everything. They just find a reason to badmouth you and show zero empathy towards you.

We booked 2 rooms with shower and bathtub on agoda, and we were denied the rooms saying we booked rooms without it. Our booking clearly listed rooms with Bathtub. Even the manager accepted that no problem in our booking but price we paid give rooms without it, we were asked to pay extra for room with bathtub. We denied paying extra.
Even the swimming pool was dirty. The water was soo cloudy, you cannot even see till half depth of water. It was very ill maintained. You would think twice before deciding to go in. Non usable. There were dead frogs in it.
The rooms furniture and cusions were quiet old and losing paint, you don't get the vibe to sleep there for a night.
The open spaces and ground areas were good though.

We had to cancel our booking and move to a different resort.

Management is not supportive and apply multiple of charges during large event. so i would suggest do not arrange wedding or any type of function in this resort. they have very strict rules which are not even possible.
