It was a fantastic hotel. The staff were very courteous. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. Facilities were impressive too.Bathroom was small. Only thing was, luggage handling facility was poor for us else everything good. The breakfast menu was really impressive with wide choices . The international style restaurant was great . Buffet dinner was awesome with lots of varieties. Very tasty
food and service was wonderful . The waitresses were very polite and understanding. Service was very good.

It was a fantastic hotel. The staff were very courteous. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. And facilities were impressive too. Only thing was, they didn’t have hot water facility for the drivers room, but for guests everything were good. The breakfast menu was really impressive. And their restaurant was great for food and service. The waitresses were polite and understanding.

Loved the location and the overall experience. Buffet breakfast is good. Staff is courteous and helpful. Parking space is plenty at two elevations. Swimming pool is six feet deep and not suitable for young kids. Two types of rooms, Fern Green and Fern Club. Club rooms are with more carpet area. Stayed for three days and had a cozy and comfortable stay.
