I m really disappoint with service given by this hotel worst experience
I stay in this hotel for 2night 3 days worst things is they not change bedsheets and pillows cover room and toilet was not cleaning daily.
customer paying advance payment they are not give adv payment receipt. Not recommended at all and surrounding area also not good . Only postive thing is opp to St stand .

Amazing Service & Gesture By Owner Saurav bhaiya, he allowed me to check-in at 4:30 A.M in the morning as i was traveling with my mom from odisha, and also he allowed me to late check-out without any extra cost.

Loved the hotel room, newly hygienic, warm water also available, inhouse resturant.

It was worth staying in The Modi Samrat, hotel is located opp of CBS and many food options are available nearby. You can also visit Siddharth Garden near to the hotel, Rooms are quite enough for 2 people, Cleanliness is good for the entire hotel. i would recommend this hotel if you visit Aurangabad (now Sambhaji Nagar).
