At 26/07/23 me and my frnd visit shop we seethe Bad service experience due to a Salesman.

1) We demand him pack the saree at another plastic bag, but he denied to change the packaging reasons is the already packaging is good.
When is see the saree package like i feel that yhe cost of saree ₹150 but the saree is not perfectly fitting in bag ????. And he think only cost which is ₹1.
He look at me and ingnored me ????.

2) we demand him to click photos or videos of the saree to family but recently he denied friends request.. ????????

3) And the salesman at billing counter, he say that, there are owner are at distance pls show me transaction I'd ???? but before we show him succesful complete transaction on hdfc net banking.

Such a bad customer service and my experience is not satisfied.

We say him after buy a saree, one more time we visit the shop.

But my friend colleague suggested him to visit dwarkadas shyamkumar saree shop/showroom, we visit today and the they are give priority to customers money, value, and satisfaction, because this trust we buy 3 saree's ????.

Awsm Show Room ... It's look like Mumbai or Delhi malls and product variety top of the world. Owners LOYA and staff is very very cooperative. Value for money store.

Not customer friendly, Rude behaviour of managers, carefully check the product( clothing, any fabric) before you buy it......once you buy it they refuse to take the responsibility of damaged clothes.....NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND policy

Posting pictures of item that I bought for 4000..........
