I had booked Amravati to Pune bus. Bus was supposed to reach Amravati at 8.30, it was 9.10 when I boarded the bus. Not at all punctual. Staff is very arrogant. Even after being late they were arguing.

Very bad service ticket price is high and no service at all
We had to travel in emergency so booked last seat of volvo there ac is not working same msg was to driver he says its bot outside what i can do such irresponsible response we received from driver and later driver its engine side that why its hot so they should have put seat there,if that is the case they r aware that problem is always a problem so that means they r fooling the innocent traveller

Travels bus facility is good but travel logistics facilities is not up to the mark. Faced lot of issues while sending some luggage using VRL
