They treat customers as an ATM machine. There are too many hidden charges once you have purchased a bike from Shaan Honda. Just like a government office, their staff makes us roll on wheels by saying go there, ask that madam and so on. They say you have got free servicing for next two years from date of purchase. But believe me their hidden charges are so many that even the first serving after just one month costs you minimum INR 500. And if it is second or third then no less than INR 1000. Which is way more than others compared with rest of Amravati bike industry. So their free servicing costs you around 500-1000.
Until you buy, they call you sir, roam around you, treat with dignity, once you bought a bike, voila, the sudden shift in attitude is starkly visible. They give you quotation printed from their printer but once the bike is bought, they ask you to give Xerox copy of your aadhar card. I gave him my original and even was ready for paying 20 rupees for one rs print, he smirked and denied.
My suggestion would be not to buy from Shaan Honda. Go explore other dealers in amravati. Bet you, others will have at least 5000 difference on their final offer price
