KOMETA THE GYM

Hey there! I had an amazing 10 days at Kometa that I'm thrilled to say that I lost 1.5 kg while gaining muscle, all thanks to the awesome PT of Anshul Sir (GYM TRAINER). The other trainers were also super supportive, always correcting our postures and sharing their gym knowledge and cross fit tips. I wanted to give a shoutout to some of the amazing Kometa employees who made my experience even better: Nikesh Sir, Aditya Sir, Piyu Ma'am, Tanaya Ma'am and Shiva Sir. Thanks for making my time at Kometa so memorable!

Ok have been workingout here since 3 months.This is undoubtedly the best and woderfull well equipped gym also reasonably priced for what you get and the only gym in the city where sauna(infrared) included. The atmosphere is supportive and fun. I never thought I would enjoy strength training and sweating so much. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring.
All trainers are good but I personally recommend Nikesh sir????????, he is extremely reliable & punctual ,always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out under him , he always give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. I would recommend Nikesh sir if you are looking for a best personal trainer to improve your fitness/health.

Complete clean gym. It’s a life changing gym experience and I would highly recommend !

Trainers 9.5/10
Trainers are experienced and so kind to their members, they assist in spotting, and showing the proper way to exercise.

Drinking water 3/10
Water containers are not that clean,
In terms of health, it would be better to install a water purifier.

Cleanliness 7.5/10
Sometimes fans aren't clean, there is a heap of dust in them.
Otherwise, all is good.

Receptionist(morning time) 6/10
She doesn't know how to respond to members (don't even have basic etiquette)

Infrared Sauna 9/10

Equipment 8.5/10

Overall i would rate 7/10
