I have booked a room at hotel Neelam in Amravati. When I reached to hotel, the manager denies me to give room. I had conversation with customer care. The cc executive suggests me that make your own arrangement, we can't help you. I had a very bad experience.

Scam.
They charge you double money after reaching the place.
Bad experience, rude and unprofessional reception staff, will call you multiple times regarding payments.
Had booked a Deluxe room
Toilet wasnt clean, Jetspray was broken and had to call maintainance multiple times, it was never fixed till the end. Bedside light was flickery, hot water was not available most of the days of the stay.
WIFI is non existent.

Worst hotel ever, worst management , plus don't book online. Te took 3500 rs for 1 room. I booked with Oyo app for 1000 rs. When I reached there they asked for more money.
