Well on my previous review this person claims that he provide world class service. Well we made a bill of minimum 50k for 20k lahenga this person has not done any finishing to my lahenga and he is lier u will get to know that by his reply. Well complimentary kits are provided to keep lahenga safe this person gives just a cloth bag and we knows rules regulations we did not ask him for any plastic bags. Well saying some customer unethical doesn't matter it shows how you treat your customers. And I don't want anyone to fall for his words as he is complete lier.

Well in advance want to mention that nobody wants to tear there own clothes just to get someone down but this is the finishing of lahenga and i was so upset by this seller that I did not opened all kits and checked it that was my mistake by trusting him.

Worst shop to buy bridal collection from. Poor customer service no service after sales bought expensive lahenga got all lahenga in worst condition without kit. Packed in a way just like street vendors. Don't waste your money I would recommend to visit others shop where you will get value for money

I have visited this shop and I had such bad experience. The owner is so rude and doesn't even know how to treat a customer. Poor customer service and if you are looking for bridal lahenga I better suggest you to visit some other shop rather than wasting your time and money on this shop because he just messed up everything.
