I wanted to workout first. Depending on if the client was new or not we may start with the fitness assessment test before branching out to the exercise machines or free weights. Before training starts we talk about what goals the client has in mind (fat loss, lean muscle gain, strength gain). After we have established what the client wants, we find the best way to make it possible for our clients to be successful in becoming more fit. The best part of the job is the fact that the gym is one of the newest and nicest gyms in the state.
