Worst service...they have no manner how to talk with customer....service boy chewing tobacco to their service....very disappointed service and also in taste...many of manu not available...this is one of the worst experience...also hotel not cleans......

Kolkata rolls nowhere close to the quality/taste etc... The worst part they do not put green chillies n lime nimbu on request bcoz they don't do it. NEVER EVER WILL I VISIT THIS SHOP. waste of money time n hope to have a good snack.

Bad service, ill behaved and arrogant staff, with bad and callous attitude towards customer.
Going low on their taste too.
Their menu has 'chilly paneer dry'
So we did not mention while placing the order.
What arrived was chilly paneer in gravy of sauces. We retyrret the order and told them to get us 'dry'.
The new order was delivered within two minutes.. looked same.. except for the excess of gravy was removed, with very less quantity of the pieces left.
On being asked.. the staffs response was very rude and indecent.
Hope they take care of it right away.
I personally don't recommend this place at all. Maybe that's one reason they had to shut down their seating on the first floor. And also the crowd is going down.
