Pathetic hotel in Ujjain staff and owner don't have manners indiscipline.we booked 2 rooms for 13th August on the way we have confirmed we will be reaching late due to traffic problem when we reached hotel at 12:30 midnight after triless journey the owner said there is no booking. For extra money he can even sell himself please Don't book this hotel

Third class hotel in Ujjain.. staff is indiscipline. No manners. We booked 2 rooms for 13th Aug 2022. On the way we confirmed the staff about reaching late due to traffic diversion at Dhammod Gujri dam. When we reached at the hotel at 12:30 midnight after tireless journey.. the Onwer already shamelessly said there is no booking.. for more money he will sell himself.. DONT book this hotel.

Very very bad service.....all staff members are very lazy & stupid.We have very bad experience here. I want to appeal to all passengers please do not book room here. They decide own rate of the food n service...rates are different then the menu book. All staff members of the hotel & manager's attitude is very unprofessional.
