1. Never entering this hotel again,
The charges vary from customer to customer.
2. There's no respect for customers, they take your money and provide no service at all.
3. Washrooms are in poor condition
4. The owner has no basic respect and the behaviour of the staff is even worse.

Very bad service,rooms are uncleaned and dirty washroom is also very uncleaned and uncomfortable.they don't provide good service even after take high charge plz don't go there many other hotels and lodges are also available there in Ujjain you can go their and find good rooms I again request to not go there in this hotel everest palace owner of the hotel is also misbehaved

Rooms were not clean and there was smell in the room.
Room service was totally bad.
Room fare was very costly according to its condition.
