TV, Intercom, WiFi were not working...they fixed TV but not other things...had to ask for every essential thing like towel, blanket, room spray...still they didn't provide blanket as we were 2. AC outlet pipe was in room with a bucket.
I had to go to the reception every time for any request mentioned above and yet most of them were ignored.
This hotel is good only on the application.

The rooms are super clean. The hotel management guys are very good and polite. It only took us 5 minutes to check in and check out. We booked a family room for 4 people but got the room with 6 beds .. so were happy with the spacious room. It's perfect for small and big families. You can find plenty of autos and e-rickshaws just out of the gali. In breakfast they serve poha with kachori & tea which was also delicious. overall a good stay.

The location is far from the station as well as Mahakal Temple. The receptionists are not cooperative. Rooms light was flickers. The TV remote was not there. The night lamp was not working.
Rates are high compared to service and location. Hot water starts after 8 a.m., and check-out time is at 9 a.m.
No parking space.
