Rooms were not maintained properly. Bedsheets, pillows and quilt were extremely dirty and stinking . Horrible bathrooms, not cleaned properly. Some foul smell continuously coming and taps are leaking. Hotel Manger was not very customer friendly. Food was okay. Will not recommend ever. Worst part at the time of check out , manager is insisting to give good review and rating then he will give 10% discount on your food bill. That's the reason this hotel is showing high number of good reviews and rating even if your experience is not worth it.

The room was old and AC was Not working properly, this hotel also host weddings in the front lawn which cause disturbance to the guests, service was poor. We had to call several time for laundry service, for dinner we were served with incomplete food and we had to call them again and we waited for 30 min due to which our dinner was cold. Next day during checkout I had to wait for 40 min at reception for the bills.
One thing I have understood that if you have not done bulk booking they will not give you importance, they were partial as we were given old room with faulty AC, the room was in front of utility which did not had door and continuous disturbance was there.

The staff was partial and the receptionist was busy on a personal call in the evening and didn’t responded our issue.

I would strongly suggest you to choose another hotel if you are travelling in small group. For this hotel you are not an important guest.

The hotel is somewhat good, but the actual stay was in Imperial Ujjain, which is at the same location and sharing the same kitchen. Had snacks and breakfast and it was good in taste. The staff was humble however service felt a little bit poor. Appreciate the effort for early check-in, where everything was messy due to the marriage ceremony last night. Mahakal temple is about 2-3 KM from this hotel.
