Rooms r spacious . Location is away (not far though)from the main city n temple .calm and quite. F&B is good . The restaurant staff was polite and cooperative. Reception staff were co-operative and kind. House keeping is horrible. They don't know even basic cleaning. Bathrooms were never cleaned. Foul odour in the bathrooms always. The team dint even know the basics of their job . The standard of toiletries were pathetic.

we reached around 4 am and no one was available to open the main gate of the hotel. The cleanliness was average and hotel staff is ok. tea cutlery was not available in rooms and we had to ask them specially to provide. also pillows are very bad ...it's like the hotel is not maintaining standards of rating which is given. hotel is overall average. The hotel housekeeping service is very bad.. even after making many calls for cleaning no one came. the condition of rap in the toilet is very bad. housekeeping was very bad and room and service is equivalent to 3 star

It is a decent hotel with nice and clean rooms. They are located a little bit outside the city, but in a very good location and surroundings. They have a very good restaurant too where they serve delicious food. Entire staff, reception Manager and restaurant waiters are all very co-operative and helping.
