It was recommended by a friend so we directly went there without looking for other options and our group was big. Although the cost was average which for us was 900 rupees per room it was not with it.
First of all it was very dirty, garbage everywhere, linen was stained and dirty and we had to request them to change it which they did after 4 hours that too after tiping the cleaning guy.
Fans were not working properly and it was a hell at night with all the mosquitoes and no help from hotel staff with any arrangements.
I've posted photos of room and linen.
I would advise to stay in better place because we saw a dharamsala next to this place which was new and looking much better. Plus there are lots of options of you have a small group and If you have time.

Dirty rooms and washrooms ...... but the location of the guest house is very good.... Very close to Mahakal temple.
If the caretaker looks after the cleanliness they will always get good reviews.

Very budget friendly dharamsala near Ujjain Mahakleshwar temple. Location is perfect, having lot of veg food items available nearby. Walkable distance to temple. The owner is very friendly and supportive. We can book a room over mobile call without paying any advance. Rooms are clean and species.
