I wish, I could have option to give in negative. Worst services, worst customer care.
Always late and once its not delivered due to any reason like unavailability or so. They will not attempted to delivered again then you need to chase them to get your consignment. Not replying on emails and if you are lucky you will get an email with improper and incomplete details. Toll free is another headache if you wanna connect.
Adding this based on my multiple experiences.
Go with any local vendor, you will get better services.

This people say bluedart is South Asia's number one delivery company, I think this is number one but not in delivery but in making fool
I have been waiting for my parcel since 10 days and this legends have kept my parcel in there nearst delivery centre.
I think they are not getting paid or else they think bluedart is a government company where you get paid to sit and warm the chair.
They have worst service and no response to my call.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this courier service. My package was supposed to be delivered within two days but has still not been received. Every time I called to inquire about the delay, I was met with unhelpful customer service representatives who gave me different and fake explanations each time. I would never use this courier service again and strongly advise anyone else to find a different provider.
