Coming straight to points MP 18 lounge has:

1)Theme is nice. They have invested a good lot of money in making the ambience feel nice while missing out on other important

2)The food taste was not upto the mark as per the cost they ask.

3) They should have invested in dishes, food being served in cheap plastic dishes.

4) Cleaniness was also an issue. Used utensils were lying nearby the washbasin.

5) Staff were prompt in their service.

6) They should consider payment by POS machines.

7) Menu book don't play any weightage in a resturant being nice or a failure, but they do show an attitude of the owners towards their customer , specially when you are at a premium restaurant . In this case it was a plain A4 size ,6 page stepled lot. Readers can ignore this point if they like but the author has taken this point personally and worth mentioning.

A well standard cuisine and well managed set of services offered delighted to visit the restaurant and the people and place it very well.
The price system is also Offordable by middle class lower middle class people.A well standard cuisine and well managed set of services offered delighted to visit the restaurant and the people and place it very well.
