The most cleanest and largest gym of shahdol. The ambience is so perfect to start your day with a positive vibe as well as end the day with the type of workout you want.
The gym is hugely spacious.
The gym is divided in two sections
1- where the reception is
This section has your private lockers changing room for both the genders
Inside it contains all the cardio machine from treadmills to seated rowing machine
Dumbell rakcs, all kind of bench, Lat machines etc
One of the things that is best in this gym is that they also focused on your lower back exercise for that they have hyper extension machine, side deadlift machines so that you can train your lower back easily
Section 2- first of all it has all the legs workout machines, from squats to extension to calf raise machine
Then it has a boxing punching bag and gloves and also a trainer who's expert in boxing
You can finish your workout here doing circuits it has roped, tyre hammer also it has matting sections too. There's a horizontal climbing rods setup.
The main thing is that this gym is located in the city centre so you don't have to worry
Overall if you're living in shahdol this gym will be around maximum 2-4 kms from your home and it's worth it.
A major update about the gym is that it has its own KITCHEN where you'll get your diet. Also monster and redbull are available.

Good place for gyming experience, they have varities of equipment and space is also big, for a small city it's a good gym with all facilities.
