Visited Sagar branch for the first time today, but have experienced bad management
Firstly, have ordered for Tandori cheese sandwich to which have received the reply that they don’t have. After that I asked for Rava masala Dosa which was not not available
After listening to these kind of replies, with no mood have ordered for Hot & Sour soup to which I requested for less spicy, but it was full of black pepper and double salt. For complaining for this they mixed tomato soup to it.
JUST THINK THAT, WHO DOES THIS THING OF MIXING A TOMATO SOUP TO HOT&SOUR SOUP TO RECTIFY THE MISTAKE FOR SPICY AND SALTINESS?????????

Overall nice experience. Food quality and quantity is great. Food is not not expensive, just average, cheap as compared to others. You can get variety of food here. This place is crowded most of the time, you have to wait to get your food prepared. Also there's self service.

This Sagar Gaire frenchise outlet was opened on October 28th 2022. As it is a well known fast food chain originally from Bhopal and now can be seen in many major cities of Madhya Pradesh. The food tasted exactly the same as it would taste in Bhopal or Indore. As I have visited many such outlets in both the cities the experience was quiet the same.

The major difference I noticed was in the interior of the outlet. There is a minor dining area inside while some tables are kept outside. The staff is well trained and will serve you the best. I ordered a veg cheese sandwich, a cold coffee and Butter Paneer Masala and Plain Kulcha. It took me 2-3 minutes to order and within next 5 minutes my order was ready.

The stalls have been categorised as per the menu. One can get anything like Indian thali, South Indian dishes, Pasta, Chole Kulche and other items that are typically on Sagar Gaire's menu with some minor changes. The prices are also quite less than the other outlets. As of now the outlet is not listed on any food delivery app like Swiggy and Zomato.
