Venkat Bhavan is one of the matchless places to visit in Rewa, which is famous for its unique Saracenic style of architecture. This masterpiece was built by Maharaja Venkatraman Singh, and the construction was completed in the year 1907. The purpose of building this Bhavan was to provide employment to people during the famine period of 1894.

On your visit to this temple, look out for the stunning carvings of Lord Shiva and Parvati on the walls and the secret tunnel that once used to serve the Kings during wars. The temple has a total of twelve doors in the outer wall and the property is maintained and looked after by Madhya Pradesh State Archeology Department. It now serves as a heritage hotel like few of the other forts .The entry to this palace /bhavan is free of cost .

It's Very Interesting To Know About District Museum .
I Got Very Excited When I Listen About It And Wanna Go Here As Soon As Possible To Me
But When I Go There
I Bought Tickets On The Roof Of The Museum And Then I Go EveryWhere In The Museum.
It's Very Interesting .
I Look Many Of The Sculptures And
They Was Very Old Of My Thinking
They Were Made Between 10th Century To 15th Century.
I Feel Very Proud To Realise That Those Things Of Museum Belong To Our City In Our State.
I Visited Everywhere In The Museum As I Knew And I Wanna Go Whole Tunnel But There Was No Option And They Didn't Alloted Permission To Public To Go Ahead Of The Lock Gate Of Tunnel.
And The Stairs Of The Tunnel Was Also Very Small So Please Go There WithYour Full Attention.
Love This Place
And Feel Always ProudTo Be An Indian.
