worst experience i had here there is staff so rudely basically there is local guys in this theater they dont know how took care of there guests. Basically they behave like they are the owner of this theater . I WILL NEVER COMEBACK in this theater and i will not suggest to any one . Guys kindly choose NY theater over Gaytri 3rd class staff -5 rating . NOW We EIGHT FAMILY MEMBERS ARE GOING TO NY ..

Ratlam's First Multiplex they one of the best Cinema in Ratlam. Interior design is good, Staff is good. Good sitting and Good Sound now available Dolby 7.1 ????

Only nagetive point is they not give offers and not reducing tickets price as multiplex Chain.

I requested to management Plz pay attention on this ????????
