Both the husband wife is so un professional and irresponsible. I went there for some of my urgent work. but the man wasted my 2 days for that work which could be completed in 5 mins...and at the end he didn't completed it after 2 days also, so I finally told him that don't do my work, just give me back my documents.... Then he made me wait literally for 30 minutes outside his house... just to give me back my documents..they both have a lot of attitude problem.... I went there just to waste my time...because they just don't value your time.....

Service is poor. Conditions of computer system is very bad. Speed of net is also slow. I don't know about other options near by but I couldn't book tatkal train ticket online from here due to internet speed.
