It is located while going towards Madan Mahal. It is en route actually when you begin climb.
It has steps to reach over there.
The atmosphere there feels very energetic, clam and peaceful.
The location is exciting as it is a sort of cave, now painted in blue to easily spot it.
One can rest there enjoying cool breeze. There is water available in pot.
A must visit site.

A very awesome hindu temple on the way of madan mahal fort. Very clean and peacful temple, and lord shiva gives you peace. You can visit here after visiting madan mahal fort or before that. Near to it balancing rock is another very nice place to roam.
