I have booked a ticket from jabalpur to Hyderabad. Saini travels dropped passengers at nagpur to exchange bus to Hyderabad. Travel office has denied to provide toilet for passengers, they suggested to use a doorless toilets. When questioned about it, they not answering. Gave a rude answer, use what is provided or else leave it.

Saini travels is one of the best service provider. They maintain cleanliness, timings and nice staff. I would recommend them. No one would provide your drop at 4:30am at Nagpur airport but these guys does so you can catch flight 5:30am onwards.
