first ever i went for chicken biryani and i swear i this will be my last visit. i had visited before also but long before in my school and collage days only for samosa and other snaks.
This shop/Restuarant is serving ppl from almost 3 decades (as per some old ppl), but i this this will not continue with their attitude with customers, their way of service.

firat information their prices are too much, you have to ask for everything like to clear the table and chair, you have to ask for water (which is already gives in every where), you have to ask complimentry stuffs which is already used to gives in almost every restuarant and hotels. And yes most important is you have to pay extra 5 rupees for chilled "soft drinks". they are not willing to serve "chilled" soft drink.

am sure after ordered you will regrate for chicken biryani at least.

And after all these you have to argue for not pay extra 5 rupee for "chilled" soft drink (which is charge by them for serving you chilled softdrinks and indirectly electricity bill from you). Also they will laugh on you in front of you for fighting for your 5 rupee which they force you to pay, if you feel shame you will leave it.

This is their customer service in reality. Actually they don't care whether you like something or not, are their customer satisfy or happy with their service or not they really doesn't care about this.

To visiting at this hotel or so called restuarant is my most embarrassing and waste experience ever in my life.

I used to eat here, it was a friendly place and really good taste but in the last couple of months all the people of this restaurant behaving like they pay us to eat, those young guys don't know how to run business and that owner also like that, they don't treat a customer like guests.
Last time when I visited I was sitting with my bag obviously we don't wear hour bags while eating one guys of the staff told me I am occupying more space and to change my place, but how he said is so weird, and also that old uncle when I asked for a tissue he said to use my handkerchief, i don't know I am spent like 280 rs there and he didn't even give me a tissue the pack of a tissue comes at around 20-40 rupees and I wanted 1.
That was really cheap experience.

Worse experience I had last time and the food is also getting worse in taste. And service is also worse and the people who works there are egoistic.

Simple thing is that if you don't know how to treat a customer don't even allow them to come in and if you are accepting them then behave like you have a guest.

Never going to visit again and will prefer everyone around to go any other place not that one.

'Hotel Haji Basheer' is located in ICH. I tried veg momos. Taste was good. and there was no cleanliness.
Overall a good place for non-veg eaters which is available at an affordable price.
