Since Last 8 months my journey with My Yoga Ayurveda from a Yoga practitioner to Yoga Volunteer is incredible. Yoga helped me to keep my soul, mind and body more flexible and enhanced my personality. Yoga has gave me positivity and confidence that always help me to improve my decision making power.....

The yoga institute has positively impacted my mind and health.
It’s been more then 1 month since i joined .. i came here with anxiety, stress, my overall health was deteriorating.. i joined #myyogaayurveda within a week i found myself in a better place… i noticed better changes in my mind and health .. my body was reacting in a positive state .. i was not anxious and stressed as before , my eating habits took a change , i switched to healthy things … and that is all because of the environment and knowledge that is being shared by our sir … he makes sure to share positive eating habits daily in our yoga session .. he is full of energy and enthusiasm and he makes sure that his student follows the same … !!
I recommend you all to join if you want a better change in your life :)
This institute is filled with positivity and hope for life.. i am thankful and grateful to my yoga ayurveda????????

I joined Yoga Ayurveda 4 months back. Everyday when I join the class, I feel fresh and positive. I have lost 2kgs with the help of Guruji through Yoga.
