Actually rooms are cheap, but the receptionist told me that, he will cage 18% gst and if I use cooler, I have to pay extra, so basically, room of 600 will cost you 600+gst+electric charge. It's better to find another one who will give you 24 hrs room only in 600 without any extra charge, also rooms are very small. In summer not recommended, all this info for single bed room.

Worst room I have ever visited. Totally mental torture when I have my exam next day. I have told that tomorrow I have my exam (MPPSC 2022) and they told "ki sir achha room denge" and then give very dirty room whose bedsheet was already used and cooler was not well working and for that they charge me 700+GST (12%), then I do complaint about all this they shifted me in another and that was again very bad quality room with high price but it's Ok.. then I comes at night cooler start making noises just that it was not greecing well and atlast it stops working and whole night it was .... I tried to call but no one was there in the reception. Totally bad experience... Very worst service.... disappointed...

Lodge Shivalay is situated opposite to Jyoti Cinema, near Russel Chowk in Jabalpur. The lodge is just like a joint venture to Hotel Shivalay. Room tarrif is very reasonable. Rooms on first floor are better with AC facility and cleanli is maintained. Rooms are specious and peaceful. They have their kitchen especially for staying guests only. Service is good but food was average. We liked poha and tea. The manager are adjusting and friendly. Hotel is good for willing to spend RS 1000/1200.
