poor rooms, no door knobs in washroom, lights are not working properly, leaking taps, bad/slow room service, too much mosquitoes, offline and online prices having too much difference, in the complementary services you have to ask for it and if you won't ask they will charge you.

Day staff was on reception is good (the young boy), ma'm at reception is rude and the old man in the night shift is too

Wrist hotel I had ever seen....first they take 100% advance and asking for more money at the time of checkout. Behaviour was very rude and the food quality was also very bad.
I strongly recommend not to go....
You will waste your money as well as health.....

I booked executive room, Room was good but room service was very poor, TV was not working, asked management to check but no action taken..
location is good, walking distance from bus stand, safe & convenient for couples..
bathroom and room was clean.
If you need only a good room at good location then go for it..
I was needed 1 hour extra time from standard check out time but they denied..
