Stayed here for a night, definitely not worth the price. The room service is horrible. No dustbin in the toilet, towels or toiletries provided. The TV in the room wasn't working and the staff just ignored us when we raised a complaint. Very rude staff, especially the lady staff on floor 2. Very disappointing experience overall, expected much better considering the price and it is in the prime location of the beautiful city of Jabalpur.

Hotel rooms are old but services are good. Staff behaviour is good. Safe and secure you can stay with the family. Just 2 km. Away from jabalpur railway station and can be easily accessible.

Food is good and economical, but during the stay there were issues like hot water not available in rooms, no proper service in tea when asked 3 times for no sugar tea
We had 3 rooms and 1 of our family member was old too he did not get hot water and hotel reception kept on telling hot water is available and arguing when other customers also reported the same issues
