The main issues were:

Staff were rude, arrogant or lazy or had a negative attitude.

A lack of care and compassion, such as staff not doing enough to ensure the patient was comfortable.

Staff not keeping patients well informed.

Inadequate response to requests or complaints.

Long waits before or between appointments, including delays in being moved between different departments.

Hopeless service ,staff is pretending so busy ,don't know in what ? Been there for sonography it takes more than 1 and half hour and there was no patient before me and other people are also going inside the radiology room while sonogrphy is going on ...rediculous actually excessive and un managed staff I feel so.. I don't have any experience of doctor in sunrise.

Doctor of hospital is very good but the reception staff kiran madam behaviour is very rude she has no manner talk to attendres she was reacting like government hospital staff I will never come in your hospital because of kiran madam
