The staff forces the customers to give 5 rating instead of focusing to acknowledge their shortcomings. They have rented apart of place to restaurant (Hunger.com) and asks the customer to order from that place only and the places charges prices over the MRP. I'd stayed for 3 days and didn't like the service and food and with disappointment gave a 1star and the next day the staff asked me to vacant the room without bothering to hear my grievances. Extremely disappointing experience.

I liked the hotel. Neat and clean rooms at affordable prices i.e. less than 800/- per room. We booked this hotel from OYO app. I liked it, but room is bit a small in size, if u need big size room then first ask the hotel staff.

Very nice rooms clean and neat toilets 100% recommended for official and business purpose stays. Staff is very supportive. Hats off to Silver key
