If I had to give them the lowest than this I would have given them. Very rude staff, they really don't care about your booking but the money, Though you have already booked it online you go there and ask they have no rooms available and they say this so carelessly and rudely. I had to struggle to find another room because of their rude and uncertain money mind.

I have worse hotel experience in this hotel.
Clean room - NO
(Infact I have found cockroaches and insects in my room and room services are also very poor.

NO bathroom stuffs prepared properly.

NO ventilation in rooms.

And I also didn't get intercom in my room even after complain.

And
Kitchen service is also Bad.
Many faults are there some times they charge different for one dish nd other time different for the same dish as same quantity.

Very disappointed.
