Apart from the issues with staff, up-keeping of the hotel... the building itself is in voilation of many laws. Just avoid it if you care for your and your family's life.

The worst experience of my life..Nothing, absolutely nothing.They denied us checking because we didnu2019t use their site directly to book the room but 3rd party(Booking.com). I was told the only way we will be allowed to check in is if we pay to double the amount(Rps 1100) of what was actually the booking price(Rps 543), which was on top of the already paid amount as I pre-paid for my booking, because apparently since we paid using 3rd party they donu2019t care about that money.
