Horrible customer service. The delivery guys are awful at their job. They forget to bring a spoon with the meals like always. One time a delivery guy informed me after 2 hours of the delivery time that he wouldn’t deliver the meal. Even then I had called them first to inquire about my meal. There is no proactiveness. They don’t even inform all their customers that they wouldn’t be delivering meals due to their personal reasons. We rely on their meals, but they don’t seem to take any responsibility. Avoid avoid avoid!

I opted for monthly weight loss meal plan and its really good. They take care of the nutrition plan and the food taste is very good. It will not take much effort to shift from normal food to your planned diet.
I have also witnessed the results and have started loosing weight.

Their customer support is very supportive and they take care of your likes, dislikes and answer all the queries they also try to take action if you face any issue.
Will surely recommend.
