Worst service ever at any cafe ever.... The staff is so arrogant as if they are Prafull itself. They make you wait for 20-30 mins every time you order anything. They don't even serve.... And when I asked them to serve as they were taking so much time, he arrogantly replied that they are only there to take orders

Staff is very slow and they dont knw how to take orders. They are confused between chai and coffee. We ordered coffee but we received chai . The price of coffee is too high as per quantity.
