Recently i and my some friends joined a physical event in Martial Art School. Here our instructor Shri Pramod Goswami (sir) taught us, how can we do self defense?
And he also taught us various type of self defense technique and their implementation.
Before joining this kind of powerful physical event i never experience earlier, because when a student or participant got stuck to implement his move of Martial Art so sir gives his personal attention for particular one.
Thanks sir to make us a Warrior, ho can take an action for Goodness.
I pray for Bhagwaan to you sir and his School, leave long for betterment.

Self defense -

I have a very petite body and I have had little to no physical activity in the past couple of years. But Pramod Ji worked around it patiently and trained me well enough to be able to defend myself against more taller and stronger people than myself.
He is very dedicated to his art and is well learned in it.
Trusting his process and persevering through some of my injuries was worth it and I am glad I learned Self Defense from him.

Really really a good place to learn a lot in depth of martial arts, spirituality and other aspects of life too
Might sound like I'm bragging but it's true what my personal experiences have been and in depth of understanding martial arts, it's a totally different experience
