As a professional, I believe it's essential to share my experience with the community, even if it was not a pleasant one. In my short tenure with ignatiuz Soft Pvt Ltd, I experienced something that I never thought I would face in my professional career.

On the 20th day of my employment, I received a message from HR on Teams asking to talk. I assumed that it would be about my employment feedback, but to my surprise, it was about blaming me for no reason. I made a few silly mistakes, and instead of giving me constructive feedback, they started pressurizing me to resign or take a 50% salary cut. They even stated that I wasn't a good fit for the role, even though they had hired me for another position and given me different tasks, which were too hectic for me to handle.

What hurt me the most was the toxic environment at the organization. Management and HR were not supportive, and it felt like they were only interested in playing the blame game. However, I was fortunate to have made a few friends in the organization who were always there to support me during my difficult time.

I feel that it's essential to speak up about such experiences as they can help others learn from them. Toxic work environments are detrimental to employee morale, and it's essential to ensure that organizations take proactive measures to ensure a healthy work culture.

In conclusion, I urge everyone to share their experiences and create a platform where professionals can speak up about such issues. We need to work together to ensure that organizations provide a healthy work environment where employees feel valued and motivated to contribute their best.g
