Guys, Pls dont stay in This Hotel. Very Poor and Worst Management.
I was there in Dec 2022, It was cold
@ 10Deg C. No Hot water available. And Management did not took any action.
My 4 Year old daughter could not shower. Management was very ignorant to make alternate arrangement.

Even calling 10 times they did not provide basic hot water as well !!!

I guess management is only concened about events , marriage partys and receptions. They dont bother about regular Guests.
I informed my feedback to staff and they said they will arrange call back. Till today I havent received any call or email from them.

Rooms I booked were executive rooms, but they gave me 1 Executive and another room was delux.
When I complained and ask why two rooms are different they had no answer.
In the end they gave me executive room which was full of moulds. Carpet was dirty.
Basically room was not eveb ready for stay and still they gave me without any sanitary kit, coffee , water... Everything has to be asked...

I guess hotel staff is not at fault its management being very ignorant.

I would never go there again. ....
Please do not book this Hotel......
Very unpleasant experience......

I stayed for 5 nights but was dissatisfied because the rooms had so many flaws (#202). The room safe box was only for show because it was unserviceable, and the bed linen was torn and had holes in it. Just below my window, a bird has died and is rotting. The washrooms door was broken and stuck whenever you opened or closed it. I appreciate the quick service from room service, but I'm disappointed with the front desk team because when I checked out, I asked the receptionist for my dues and they said there was only a room service bill that was pending and nothing else, that I cleared before leaving my luggage for a few hours because I had some plans. The amazing part is that when I returned to take my luggage, another male receptionist (thin and dark in shade) informed me that there is a pending bill for second occupant as I extended my stay and had mistakenly booked for single occupant for two nights. This was not communicated to me when I made the reservation. If the same thing was informed, I cancelled the current booking and made it on double occupancy because the booking was free of cancellation. Also, the person was very rude and unprofessional as I was speaking to his other colleagues and he intrepid in between the conversation and start explaining the things without listening my part. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry, I believe that people should be courteous to their guests rather than argue with them. The sad fact is that he is not a good listener. The charges they offered me for the second occupant for two nights were higher than the amount I booked on, which they said was decided by management and could not be reduced, which they do it later. Another notable thing is that when I accidentally booked a premium room for a night during my extended stay, the team wasn't even informed and told that it usual the guests to ask us for the move room, which is highly surprising as it is not the accepted approach. In short i will not recommend it for long stay and expect some more courteous approach towards the guest.☹️☹️☹️

NOT AT ALL recommended for any party. Planned a pool party but that was ruined by rain. Instead of making another arrangements, management tricked us for full payment and gave the confidence of fantastic party. But just half an hour before party start they called us and said nothing is possible. Such an embarrassment for us, We fought a lot to get the place ready but NO support at all. Poor service - our guest waited for more than 1 hour for food, for dj etc but nothing was done. So our perfect day became a sad day. All thanks to the hotel staff n management. Do bookings at ur own risk.
