Very bed experience from last few month.
Sometime no fan in room.
New customer give good room,
When you regular then give top floor rooms there is no clean.
Now going to change new hotel

Receptionist staff behaviour is not good . Worst services, without inform the guest they apply charges for room fares ,third class management, poor ,hotels rules and regulations are also bad ????,in hotel Neelam near bus stand railway station to stay is my bad decisions for stay ,
