Worst Experience after buying an stroller. We bought a stroller from firstcry Dravid nagar Store, but they cheated and sold a faulty product to us, when we submitted to store for a solution of same they are not responding since last 15 days now asking for charges..

Good for baby products(expensive on average). I was charged delievery fee even when I shopped for 6000+ rs.
Whereas their site offers free delievery. So that's a negative, I'll rather use website next time

Selling display products which looks like second hand, that too without child parts & poor packing i.e. wrapping in big poly bag, when asked for fresh product reply was we order fresh product once display product gets sell
Non professional, Very disappointed
